9/15 Murray @ Holly Shelter Middle School

Don't you just love that sweaty head?
Weee!!!
Kelan has a serious obsession with anything sweet right now. Can you see the adoration as he stares longingly at his Tootsie Pop?
That's my boy. :)
Third player from the left of the picture, Kai ready to hit somebody.

It was easily 90 degrees and there was NO shade. HOT!!
Down.
Up.
We are all convinced that had the refs handled the clock correctly, Murray would have won... Instead they lost by 2. :( It was a great effort for their first season game!!

Good game, good game, good game, good game....

Kai's 13th Birthday Party

Monday, September 13, 2010

Yes. I cried. Kelan went to his first day of preschool today. He was so thrilled!
Kelan LOVES preschool!!

FOOTBALL!!!

Murray had their first game on Saturday. They got stomped, but it was still AWESOME to see Kai in a jersey again :)
This is after the game when they were all bummed... but at least they got their game against the dreaded Williston Middle School team out of the way.
There he is...#61...
#61 running in to play some linebacker!!

Kelan was a little tired.

FLETC Graduation

We are so proud of Craig!!!
It's been a year in the making...but finally he is DONE with UPTP!!

If you are less than 10 miles from St. Simon's Island, where do you HAVE to go? Why, Bubba Garcia's, of course!!

A serious moment at Bubba's...

Kai is awesome.

I told them to say cheese and this is what I got.

Dear Bubba Garcia, how we adore your spicy pulled pork quesadillas and potato burritos....
...and your rice and beans....xoxo

Bus Rider

Here we are walking through the woods to the bus stop... or more specifically, me speed-walking after my 4th cup of coffee and making Kelan and Jak run so we don't miss the bus...
Here it comes!! Jak's first big day riding the bus!!
Jak was so excited to get on the bus...
CHEESE!!!
Kelan's still working on the "cheese" thing...
How giddy do Lisa and I look??

Kelan consoling "Freddy the fisherman", a statue in our back neighbors' yard... telling him that Jak would be home soon... awww...
