Tropical Storm Nichole

In case you missed the news in the beginning of Oct, we got hit hard by Tropical Storm Nichole and got 22 inches of rain, the most this area has seen at once since the 1850s. It was CRAZY!!

Here's Lake Park Blvd., the main drag in CB.

We are all convinced that had the refs handled the clock correctly, Murray would have won... Instead they lost by 2. :( It was a great effort for their first season game!!

Kai's 13th Birthday Party

Yes. I cried. Kelan went to his first day of preschool today. He was so thrilled!

Murray had their first game on Saturday. They got stomped, but it was still AWESOME to see Kai in a jersey again :)

Bus Rider

Here we are walking through the woods to the bus stop... or more specifically, me speed-walking after my 4th cup of coffee and making Kelan and Jak run so we don't miss the bus...
